Stephen M. Goldstein
Stephen Goldstein has a broad based corporate practice which includes the representation of companies of all sizes, from start-up businesses to publicly traded entities. His clients span a multitude of industries, including new media, entertainment, manufacturing, textile, healthcare related and venture capital. Mr. Goldstein began his career with a prominent Boston law firm, focusing on securities work in connection with Regulation D offerings. After moving to a New York law firm he broadened his practice to include public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate matters. Mr. Goldstein then served as Counsel to Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.), Inc., the US subsidiary of one of Japan’s pre-eminent multi-national corporations, for over 20 years. While with Mitsui Mr. Goldstein oversaw all legal work related to various of Mitsui’s subsidiaries and divisions, including those focusing on the entertainment industry, venture capital, energy trading, consumer goods, the medical field and green technology.
