During law school, Howard cut his teeth at New York’s preeminent plaintiff’s firm, Schneider Kleinick Weiss Damashek Shoot. Shortly after, Howard’s unique and immersive litigation experience cultivated resilience, confidence, grit, and fortitude. He conducted his first jury trial the day after being admitted to the New York State bar—a defining moment that solidified his passion for courtroom advocacy, which he has pursued relentlessly ever since.

Over the following decades, Howard expanded his practice beyond personal injury, developing a strong presence in commercial and real estate litigation. He also built a robust transactional practice, advising parties and lenders on a wide range of real estate matters. From negotiating complex purchase and sale agreements to managing challenging closings for commercial and residential properties—including buildings, townhouses, cooperative share ownerships, and condominium board matters—Howard’s comprehensive expertise has made him a trusted resource for clients and colleagues alike.
