Daniela Weinstein

Daniela focuses her practice on both commercial litigation and transactional matters. During law school, Daniela interned at Macy’s Inc. legal department, and completed an externship at The United States Attorney’s Office (EDNY), also serving as a Notes and Articles Editor for Fordham University School of Law’s Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment journal. Daniela is a 2022 Recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award at Fordham University School of Law.

Prior to joining FBPF, Daniela practiced at a mid-sized law firm, gaining experience within a wide range of commercial disputes and real estate matters. She also previously worked at a global business immigration firm, where she advised clients on employment-based immigration petitions.

Daniela is an active member of the Fashion Law Committee and the Hospitality Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.
